The Federal High court in Ikoyi Lagos on Thursday granted two million naira (N2m) bail with two sureties to the Nigerian London Underground legend “ Azeez Fashola “aka Naria Marley, who was arraigned on charges of cyber fraud.
Justice Nicholas Oweibo ruled that one of the sureties must be in the 10th grade in federal or state employment.While
The other surety must have a property on land within the jurisdiction of the court.
The judge ordered the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to verify the terms of the bail.
He then adjourned the trial on October 22, 23 and 24 for a hearing.
